Order Fulfillment
We do our best to keep our inventory in stock and updated at all times, however any item not currently in stock can be ordered. If an item is sold out, and needs to be custom ordered we will notify you via email or telephone.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Custom Orders
We require a 50% deposit on all custom orders. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to be completed and shipped.
Return Policy
All custom orders are final sale. All other orders can be exchanged within 30 days unworn. Please contact l@lmichaels.com should you require an exchange.
Gift Certificate and Store Credit
Laura Michaels gift certificates are mailed to the recipient’s address. Gift certificates may be redeemed over the phone by calling 917-710-1342. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. If your purchase is less than the full amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will be applied towards a store credit for future purchases. Gift certificates are not refundable. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued and are not refundable.
Our Privacy Statement
We respect your privacy. We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order. We encourage you to sign-up for our email list so that we can give you advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other Laura Michaels events. But don’t worry – you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our email list at any time.
